Persian Tabriz Mahi Rug 6.5 x 9.7 Ft

The origin of this carpet is Tabriz City of Persia and has been made by Urban weavers settled over there.  Very fine sheep wool with silk touch has been used in this carpet. It has double knot weaving. This is one of the good quality double knot wool carpet and it is quite durable.  The pattern of this carpet is known as Tabraiz Mahi (fish scales). Mahi is for fish in Persian.
